Always follow the care label on your jersey first. These general habits can reduce avoidable heat, friction and colour damage.

Keep heat low.
Use the temperature and cycle on the care label. Avoid bleach and do not scrub printed areas.
Air dry.
Reshape gently and air dry away from strong direct heat. Do not tumble dry unless the care label explicitly allows it.
Avoid direct heat.
Do not iron directly over graphics, badges or prints. If the care label permits ironing, work inside out at the stated setting.
