Start with support before sending anything back, and keep the jersey in the condition received while your return is reviewed.

You may try on the garment as you would in a shop. It should not be worn beyond reasonable inspection and should be returned in resaleable condition. Keep tags attached where possible, but removing a tag does not automatically remove statutory rights. A lawful deduction may be made only where handling has reduced the item's value.
Contact support before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item, the reason for return, and clear photos if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. After the request has been reviewed and approved, the authorised returns address and instructions will be supplied. The legal correspondence address is not the returns destination.
Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items, reasonable return postage is paid or provided by Touchline Drip after support review.
Where cancellation rights apply, the refund is made within 14 days after the returned goods are received or evidence of return is provided, although it may be withheld until one of those events occurs. The standard delivery charge is refunded where legally required. Approved refunds go to the original payment method where possible, and provider processing time may follow after Touchline Drip issues the refund.
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and photos. Touchline Drip will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy without removing any statutory rights that apply.
Exchanges are not automatic. If you need a different size or product, support can advise whether returning and reordering is the cleanest route.
If an order used Buy 2 Get 1 Free (maximum one free jersey per order), referral discount, or reward credit, the refunded amount and any returned credit will reflect the final order value and the promotion rules that applied. Referral or reward credit linked to refunded, cancelled, abusive, or fraudulent orders may be held or reversed.
International customers are responsible for accurate customs declarations and any return shipping costs unless Touchline Drip confirms otherwise for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
Personalised or custom-request items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law allows. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods are handled separately.
